Who we are

Capital Web Services designs and builds websites and web apps. You can reach us on WhatsApp at 09131404725.

What we collect

When you message us on WhatsApp or use the forms on this website, we receive the details you choose to send, such as your name, your phone number and a description of what you need. The forms on this site open WhatsApp with your message ready to send. They do not store anything on this website.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to you, prepare a quote and deliver the work you ask for. We do not sell your information.

Cookies and third parties

This website does not use advertising cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address and device details when a page loads. WhatsApp handles messages under its own privacy policy.

Keeping your information

We keep project messages and files for as long as we need them to deliver and support your project, and then delete them on request where the law allows.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We handle personal information in line with applicable Nigerian data protection law. To make a request, message us on WhatsApp.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
