Terms and conditions

Last updated: 21 October 2026

About these terms

These terms apply to this website and to any work Capital Web Services does for you. By contacting us or asking us to start a project, you agree to them.

Quotes and agreements

We send a quote that describes what we will build, what it costs and how long it should take. Work starts when you accept the quote in writing. A message on WhatsApp counts as writing. Changes to the scope may change the price and the timeline, and we will agree them with you first.

Payment

Payment terms, including any deposit and the schedule, are stated in your quote. We may pause work if an agreed payment is late.

Your content

You are responsible for the text, images and other material you give us, and you confirm you have the right to use it. You keep ownership of it.

Ownership of the finished work

When your project is paid for in full, the finished website belongs to you. We may keep the right to reuse general techniques and tools that are not specific to your business.

Example sites

The example websites shown on this website are designs created by Capital Web Services to show our style. They are not real businesses, and any names, prices or details in them are for illustration only.

Delivery and support

We give you a timeline with your quote and will tell you early if something may delay it. Help after launch is agreed per project.

Limits of liability

We take care with every project, but we cannot promise that a website will be free of errors or that it will produce a particular business result. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the work in question.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
